hi all,
recently i've bought bad company 2 and world of goo as they were in a sale, and up until roughly this point steam overlay was working flawlessly.
all of a sudden i'm unable to use steam overlay in l4d2, cs:s etc! really annoying glitch this tbh...
anyway, i've tried disabling the punkbuster service, reinstalling l4d2 (primarily want overlay working for this), repairing steam, fishing through the registry to find anything amiss with overlay; nothing is helping.
anyone know of a fix, or even some rudimentary work around to get it working again?
strangely, overlay will work in world of goo and plants vs zombies (only games i've tried to get it working on bar the 2 previously mentioned), but you have to click about an inch to the side of any buttons
any help much appreciated
