Steam password reset

So I'm trying to reset my Steam password.

I clicked the relevent bits and they said they'd email me a verfication code and a secret question, and once I had these I could get in.

So I get a verification code and a question but the question is..

What did customer support last reset your passphrase to?

Seriously.. what? I've never contacted customer support before! Anyone else had this problem?

Only solution i've seen to this is to log a support ticket about it and wait for them to sort it.

I had this as well. What I did was send off a stolen account ticket (even though it wasn't). They then ask for a photocopy of a CD Key and your username written next to it, then they reset the password for you. Takes about 48 hours.
