Steam problems

Bought the orange box off Steam and have some troubles downloading it. All of my HL2 downloads are on 61-70% and aren't downloading any further, and my TF2 download reset itself to 0%
anyone help?

Restarted Steam and TF2 is still at 0%. I'd have thought it would've at least have gone up a few % in almost an hours time? Downloads are also stupidly slow, between 1-20kb/s. Don't think I'm buying off this again if I ever get my downloads...
