I'm trying to redeem a code for dirt 3 and I keep getting this message

I tried to redeem it this morning and had the same problem, anyone have any ideas?

i have lots of problems with "steam server is unavalible"

I'm having the same with a retail copy of Napoleon Total War.

Glad someone else is having issues.... and that it's not just me!
