anyone else having issues with steam?

I've been repetedly kicked this morning and the friends list keeps dissappearing.

Nothing wrong here for me, though I have just been hammering FM so I haven't really been paying attention to online functions

Downloading on Max Payne Steam right now, and it's sooooo slow. Getting about 750 KB/S. On VM 100meg, so should be getting upto 12.5 MB/S
