steam probs

hi
ive just installed windows on my nice shiny ssd , i installed steam and wow 3 of my games are missing including boarderlands 2 and doom bfg .
ive contacted steam support but thought you guys might know something that would help .

Sure you don't have any filters, like "Installed" or something?

Are you sure you have all games selected?

when i click on view in my games in steam there is no option to click on all games is that right

yep clicked on that and nothing . boody not happy here and it takes a while for steam to reply

It took them about a week to reply the last time I contacted them. That was just after Christmas though so they probably had a rush on.

Have you logged out and back in? I know it seems obvious but I've sometimes just had STEAM being a bit slow when I've got a big library.

Steam won't update . It comes up with an error , if I click on the desktop shortcut it updates . To be honest I'm having a terrible time with my new ssd so there could be a problem there
