Steam - Purchase problem

Got funds and im trying to buy alice madness on the steam sale but twice ive tried now and its declined it.

Anyone bought anything from steam in the last 10mins?

Apparantly theres others with the same problem, ive tried twice and 3rd time credit card companies might kick in 24hour lock down so if your in the same boat as me wait until you get the all clear

All working for me, added funds then through to purchase with no problems
