Steam Redownloading a load of games.

I seem to have this

11 of my games are saying 0bytes

I checked the folders and all the files have been removed :eek:

Will take me a while to re-download the games as I only have slow adsl :rolleyes:

Here's a list of the games currently on download queue and showing 0 bytes / 0 bytes:

i currently have 282 games installed...

8 games showing as needing updating.... so its not a problem

I'm just restoring files from backup but not that optimistic, seems like there are a lot of people posting on the forums and no doubt on steam support with the exact same problem

It's a bit of a problem for people who have to spend 10+hours downloading on slow adsl

also a lot of people will be on a monthly bandwidth limit

I can't even log in. Steam is not working and my connection is fine.

Just took me 3 tries to log in too. The only downloads i have are the latest patches for Tropico 4 and Path of Exile.

I had this happen a while a go, it took days to catchup on my ghetto connection. Maybe I got the update earlier because I've agreed to beta participation.

Deleted Source SDK as none of my games need them anymore

All of my race07 dlcs want to update + a few others. They will just get uninstalled I think

happened to me to not all games , but couple for sure like portal 2 needed and update thought i will update it and steam decided to download 6.6 gig again. With 3mb dsl connection around 350 kb/s is pain in the a** .

I guess will be deleting few games
