What time do Steam sales normally start? Midnight on the first day or some other time?

6PM but normally the site grinds to a halt.

Probs best to jump on at 7. There are no flash deals anymore due to refudning. So all the prices stay the same throughout the sale.

The pre-sequel season pass was on macgamestore for ~£9/10, I can't imagine the steam sale dropping it lower tbh. Have a look on isthereanydeal.

I haven't picked up the BLTPS season pass yet because I felt very meh about the game tbh, loved 2 though and tiny tina's dlc should be something every borderlands fan plays imo.

Check the humblebundle all the Borderlands were on there last week.

That’s where I got the main games from. They didn’t have any of the story DLC.

Keep buying all the games and then they just site there as I don't have time to even download them not to mention to play.
