Interesting i have not noticed that and am using the same drivers. Have you tried disabling ULPS?
Yep. I even tried forcing 3d clocks while opening it. I'm guessing it's something flash related, but not sure why it popped up now.
Interesting fact: loading it up on my 1080p secondary monitor allows it to work fine. I can even drag the window over and it works fine. Just loading it on the high res screen causes issues. How bizarre.
Edit, sometimes dragging it over causes the display driver to crash. I think it might be because gpu2 drops to 300/150 clocks at idle, even if my primary doesn't.

This used to happen with my 7970 too, very annoying and never found a way to totally fix it, happened in all drivers since 13.4, only real way to fix it was to use old drivers but some of them were crap in new titles the new drivers had optimized for.
