Steam/TF2 Issues

Just wondering if this is the case for any body else..

Alt+Tab in TF2 is really slow, and more often then not crashes the program and I have to restart. So annoying. I defragmented the game files just to be sure, but it's just annoyingly slow/unreliable. Running on Vista 64 with 8GB of memory, and an 8800GTS.

Also having major VM problems but I guess thats not unusual.

always had this problem with source games even after reformats

Weird thing is though it's just TF2. Other source games A+T perfectly well, though admittedly since switching to Vista I've only played HL2 a couple of times.

I have the exactly the same problem. It's just something I have to live with when I play TF2.

set window mode in game to desired res.

right click in steam games, launch option, put -noborder in there.

Instant alt+tab =]
