Steam & TF2

Well im trying to buy TF2 through steam but im having problems. I dont own a credit card so im trying to buy VIA pay pal. I navigate through the transaction and paypal pages till it comes to the end and has a steam logo with a button saying review your purchase in steam.

I click that, and nothing !?

There should be a flashing tab in taskbar iirc click that then confirm purchase.

Can I ask a quick question. If you buy the orange box from a retailer on dVD. Can oyu enter the code into steam so you load and keep the game up to date through steam?

Even if it's retail, it will always install the game on Steam, so it will always stay up to date.
Added from other post:
You can install it to your Steam account you are logged in to I believe, so you wont have to download anything bar a couple of updates.
