Sometimes you have to delete the clientregistry.blob if its a recurring problem.

Strange I too have had that same message just now, and I can't get in to tf2 because it's trying to update but says the servers are too busy to respond now.

i think the servers were too busy and causing a connection problem, i already did enter my pasword, but it just kept coming up, i wasn't being completely retarded
