Steam Trading Card Beta Access anyone?

thanks proto for the beta invite for the trading cards much appreciated.

sadly im having issues saying failed to start game (missing executable) when i press the play button, ive verified the cache and its says its 100% fine.
ive deleted the appcache file in steam and retsrted the pc and still no joy.
am i missing something here?

i am getting trading cards though just got 3 for cs:go

They've added Borderlands 2 to the roaster of cards available, they are going for qute a lot too, 70p a pop

So the only way to earn XP is by crafting/completing badges?
If so, that kinda sucks, nearly level 8, but don't want to spend money to craft more :/
The current system is very bad imo, but I think that they are taking a lot of feedback on board (hopefully)
