Steam - Unable to sync your files? Anyone else?

As of today when trying to run any Steam game I get this error...

Is it just me or a Steam problem in general?

Get it with Left4Dead2 and Doom for example... Not Red Dragon!?

EDIT: Now I am getting it with Red Dragon.

Yeah I've just had it come up when starting up dirt rally

No isssues here just launched doom, l4d2 (l4d1 just updated ????? ) ksp launched no issues too
