Could have listed the games it supports as I can only think of Doom and Wolfenstien that support Vulkan off the top of my head.

"OpenGL and Vulkan", thats a lot and would be a way to long list that might not apply to your hardware, your driver version or library. However, if you enable/disable Shader Pre-Caching in the Steam Settings you can see in the download history exact what games in your library on your hardware that benefit from it.

Edit: I'm not sure if this method is 100% bulletproof, as I would think that Steam won't download precompiled caches if it finds one already existing on your computer. It's therefore possible that even more games are supported than what you see listed in the download history. At least, the method will give you a good indication for your library.
