Steam urgent help please ?

Hi, I have £10 in my steam wallet and I want to buy GTA V but which ever payment method I choose I get an error message,
"There seems to have been an error initiliasing or updating your transaction"

Does anyone know why this is happening or what i can do to resolve it, thank you

VPN/Proxies
Disable or completely remove any IP proxy or VPN software that you may be using, restart your computer, and test your purchase again. All transactions that are initiated through anonymous proxies will be declined by Steam.

Call your credit card company you might have to do.

Thanks for the help I had left it till now when I just tried again and it worked
