Steam won't work ?

I came to play a bit of CS today and Steam was going to update then it said it is unavailable?
Is it just me having this problem ?

If its unavailable it means too many people on the network, give it a few mins

Hmm... doubt they were busy all day.

I guess you have tried the standard, restart pc, steam and all that lot?

its just worked phew, taken it like 10 mins to come up, yeh i tried the obvoius ;P
