Steam workshop question

Basically I'm trying to download some mods from here, and cannot figure out how to even do it, I'm using the Steam.exe so I'm obviously logged in, all I see is Subscribe, I've looked up and down the pages and followed every link in the descriptions and it just takes me round in circles. Its kinda annoying because a lot of good mods here aren't on the Nexus.

Subscribe is download? Lol? There isn't even anything remotely related to the Workshop that tells you that, man Valve went off the retard scale with this 'workshop'.
