STEAM Y U NO WORK?

ok so i recently built a custom gaming PC but everytime i try to install steam or any other games on a disc it just freezes or instantly disappears im not sure if its a problem with hardware compatibility but if anyone has a solution it would be much aprreciated thanks

Make sure u have installed the drivers for all ur components

Generally speaking, this is usually a firewall or antivirus permission issue. Disable/uninstall both and try again.
