Right, I only use it for css but Ive encoutered a problem, it wont load. So Im gonna try and reinstall.

But the problem is I ordered it from Japan, so when I the try and install its all in Japanese. So could someone please provide screenshots of each step of the installation, or does anyone else have a better idea?

I tried installing it over the top of itself, but that didn't work.

Now Im trying to uninstall steam, but it says its in use.

Also I must add ever since Steam has begun to play up, the end program thing pops up and says "Hidden Program is still running..." when Im trying to shut down my comp.

Ok. It was running in the background, so I closed it.
