Steam..

Hi all, just gone to play HL1, and found that my HL1 and few other games:

Counter Strike
Day Of Defeat
Half Life
Deathmatch Classic
Half Life Blue Shift
Ricochet
Team Fortress Classic
Opposing Force

Are all registered to a different account, I have access to this account, but am wondering if I can transfer my games from one account, to the account I use with all my HL2 etc on?

Unfortunately you cant. I enquired to Valve about this and they said its not possible.

Shame, ah well dont hurt me to log in and out I guess, just need to add all my friends to this acount also

Depends what version of Half-Life 2 you purchased, and what is on the Steam account, you can get older Half-Life 1 based game CD keys moved over to accounts, but takes a while and costs you money I think, and need proof of ownership. If you have retail Half-Life 2 then you can get it moved to the other account as long as you provide a picture of your CD key.
