i have an account on my pc. if i buy football manager 09 and play it can my brother log in on his computer with my username and play aswell? thanks

Only one computer can access an account, you can't have two people using the same account at the same time. If you want to play your brother then he needs to make an account and buy the game.

He can do it but you will not be able to play at the same time (or even use any steam game when he is playing)

And if you aren't at the same address then valve may pick up on different IP addresses accessing 1 account

They even pick it up on the same network. So you need 2 accounts and 2 copies of the game.

u are allowed to install the game at multiple locations just only be played legally by you, on only 1 pc at a time.

You can download and play your steam games on whatever PC you want, its simple.

But you can only have your account logged in on one computer at a time.

IF your brother wants to play at the same time as you, he will need to buy the game / get his own steam account.
