I got a voucher in my GTX 480 box for Mafia 2 on Steam, but I'm not sure where I have to enter the code in order to get my copy.

Can anyone help?

Some fit birds on them.

OP, load up the Steam application and to the bottom left it should say "+ ADD A GAME...". Click that and input the key.
