Steampunk game?

I remember there being a video posted a while back, I believe it was in PC Games although it could have been in the Console subfora, but it was a longish video of a walkthrough of this town, which if I remember correctly, had some sort of steampunk feel (could be wrong), walking around a few alleyways and then heading down into the sewers. I believe it was a FPS akin to Bioshock, but I can't for the life remember.

Am I going crazy or does this exist?
