These guys are really making a huge effort with the games deals... it's great stuff.

just wish XBLA would do the same with their weekly deals :confused:

No mate, i meant the other thread was for a different set of deals, you were right to post about the 75% offer. we should probably have a weekly one and update it though, as it does seem to be a regular occurance now.

This is the final Ubisoft deal.

I do agree to having one thread for weekly steam deals though, perhaps with mods updating the title to reflect the deal?

Ahh, i thought this was a seperate 75% weekend deal.

Yeh we should have a steam deals thread running, although its always good to see specific ones as some people dont log into it every day.

I must say valve are a great company, im mean they really are. They create something like steam and it becomes a gamers favourite in no time at all.

I really admire them.

Is anyone else getting low FPS in Beyond Good and Evil. In the first boss fight scene, there is this fog effect which really brings down the fps, otherwise it's locked at 60fps.

Anyone know how to solve this? (using HD4870, Cat 9.3, WinXP+SP3)

In Steam install directory\steamapps\common\beyond good and evil is a file called SettingsApplication.exe

Run this then go to Advanced Settings then untick all fo the right hand side tick boxes.

You have to experiment a little as this can cause some other graphics flickering but it should keep everything smooth.
