Stearing Wheel Shaking

Hi all just had my new alloys fitted and i have noticed my stearing wheel is shaking a tiny bit at 50ishmph and really at 70+mph is this to do with the wheels not being alligned? Is this easy to sort?

the wheels were balenced off the car not on the car. Where is the best place to do this?

i have also noticed that when i brake the wheel sometimes pulls to the left slightly is this the same thing or something different
