I think there is a mistake in the listing because the b650 variant should not have PCI-E 5.0 graphics.

There are also some differences in their USB config.

Seen that board on a b650 round up video the non-e version is mostly better than the e lot cheaper as well, looked for it a few weeks ago couldn't find it on any retailers thought some were expecting stock.
