Any recommendations for proper adjusting all the settings on this chair? ***** killing my back I tried some combos like putting the low back and upper back firmness at 0 and didn't help

Then I tried to do both of them at 50 and didn't help

Now I kinda feel better by putting low back at max and putting upper back at 50

Any other combinations?

btw when I mean I crank it to "0" or "50" I just mean turning the firmness knob all the way down or at middle

Try the lumbar support slightly higher. I put it low and worked it up.

I'm 6' 3" and athletic build.
Lumbar is at top line when looking at back of chair.
Lower back firmness is at 1/2 oclock.
Upper back force is at 12/1 oclock.
Seat depth near all the way out, not quite.
Full recline for desktop use. 2 clicks for gaming.
Seat height at feet flat on floor.
Arm rests all the way down, all the way in, then twisted 45* to knees.

Hope that helps. Your posture might be off? Did you come from a poor quality chair? I did so it took a bit of tweaking to get used to the settings and what felt best. The lumbar positioning and firmness was the hardest bit to set.

Have you watched a youtube video on how to set up?
