My old steelseries arctis nova 3 wired was getting a bit old and crackly every time i muted and unmuted it, so thought i would treat myself to a new headset, wanted wireless and good sound quality so started looking at reviews.

Looked at the astro A50s and the steelseries 7, but after a day of thinking and reading decided to go with the wireless pros, so far after a couple of days use i can say im loving them, they are pricey and you do need to use the
online GG software to get the best out of them but man they sound good in battlefield 6.

They also feel pretty comfy and quite light on your head, the base station is cool and i love that it comes with 2 batteries so you can charge one in the base station while using the other in the headset, then, when the one your
using dies just swap it out for the charged one.

Is anyone else on here using this headset? if yes what do you think of it? are you as happy with them as i am?

Yes they are pricey for a headset and ive never spent this much on a gaming headset before, but i wanted to treat myself......and im glad i did :)

Yeah, I picked these up last week. Great headphones.

Only minor gripe is the microphone is a bit weird to get set right. But once it’s in place, it’s fine.

Yep, mic is not amazing especially out the box, but can be tuned to sound much better in the software, most wireless mics arnt the best though and ive had no complaints about how i sound so far.

Defo the best headset ive used so far, sound from them is great :)

Agree mate. I haven’t actually installed the software, might need to. I’m surprised by the batteries, I expected them to last 2/3 hours before needing to change but they last a damn good amount of time.

You should defo get the software, after you tweak the sound settings they really come alive, there are loads of presets also which sound better than out the box imo.

I actually assumed it would be more like bloatware.. will give it a go I think mate.

Yeah, so did i, but honestly, with these it does make a lot of difference to the sound, can make the mic sound better also.

Followed this video for my tuning, but put the bass slider to 2.1 after as for me made it sound better, maybe give it a go.

Had this headset for over a year now, it's fantastic. Use it for both PS5/PC and the sound quality is really good.

As for the mic, couldn't care less... that's other peoples problem, I don't listen to myself speak haha.
