SteelSeries Bundle

Just reserved a SteelSeries bundle of Siberia V2's, Rival mouse, and QcK+ Mousemat for under £50. Good deal or nay? I know the headset alone is more but is the headset itself really worth that?

Don't know if where I got it from can be named but wouldn't really consider them competition because well... I'd like to not get suspended from the forums (I'll edit the post if required

I too have had my Siberia V1's for about 6 years. I still use the mic to this day, however the sound on the headset itself has started to go, crackling sounds and sound just dropping randomly in one ear. I use my Koss PortaPro's now. They may not look like much, but christ, they pump out better sound and positional accuracy than the Siberia's ever did.

When I bought my V1's it was purely on the illusion that they where 'the best' for gamers at the time.

I'm still getting the bundle as it's over £100 bought individually! I'm probably going to sell the mouse tbh as I've got a Roccat Kone Pure anyway

I'll check out the headset you mentioned though, someone I've never heard before! And yeah at 16 I was under the same illusion haha, although I can't really fault them tbh, especially how long they've lasted! Also having the same issue as yourself mind; small world although my mic broke a long time ago - which is what I like about these (and the V3's) the retractable mic, as I was looking at HyperX Clouds, but for the price of potentially £0 I'd much rather grab these!
