Steelseries Mouse + Keyboard Disconnects

Hello,

I upgraded my PC to windows 10 last week and have had problems with my keyboard and mouse occasionally disconnecting (not together and no previous issues with Windows 7), all Steelseries and motherboard drivers are up-to-date, I've even reinstalled windows 10 twice to attempt to rectify the issue. I'm presuming it's an issue with the USB ports?

Nothing seems to work! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you updated your BIOS recently?

Are you using a M800 keyboard?

If so the latest bios has a problem where it keeps disconnecting randomly. I know as it does it to me every now and then.

SS are working on new bios fix though and should be released soon.
