Hey guys,

Im not conformable with my Razer Death-adder mouse. I just cannot get on with it..im looking at a new mouse, mainly for pin-point accuracy on CS GO..

How does the STEELSERIES Rival 100 stack up as a mouse? Its also at a reasonable price, albeit OFS on OC but im not in a DESPERATE rush to buy one anyway as least I have a mouse atm to use..

Don't know about the Rival personally, other popular FPS mice include..
Logitech G502, G 403 or G PRO
Zowie FK or FK1

Even though I don't play much in the ways of FPS games, from my experience the rival 100 is likely to be a bit touchy in its default settings an would require tuning of the DPI settings in its engine software (the DPI button only changes between two settings and doesn't gradually increase the DPI setting, so if you want to change DPI settings on the fly this mouse most likely isn't for you), so it would take a while to get it specifically set up (the engine software does have options to have the mouse set up for specific applications or games, so you don't have to change settings when you want to start playing).

I've got a Rival 300 fade and I absolutely cannot fault it - i've got reasonably large hands if thats any help.

The steelseries engine software is very good for fine-tuning sensitivity.

I find the mouse very accurate and comfortable to use over long periods of time.
