Steelseries Rival 650 wireless mouse bricked

So the steel series Rival 650 wireless mouse firmware update has stopped the mouse working wireless but works with the usb cable plugged in.
After research its a common problem and there is a recovery tool from steel series apparently to fix this, I can not seem to find it has anyone else
came across this problem with the same mouse thanks.

Just ended up buying a new one while waiting on Steelseries hopefully get back soon.
