Steelseries rival quality ?

both good mice, Death adder is the benchmark for fps gaming mice but i've found recent DA's not to be as nice as the 3.5G model from 2010-2012. the 3013 has a horrible feel to it like rough plastic doesn't sit as nicely.

Steelseries like Zowie use some of the best sensors I have personally found SS to be of better overall quality than Razer but others no doubt would disagree.

Having had a deathadder from 2010-2012, I would say it was a good mouse, comfortable and accurate. However, the build quality was atrocious the materials were not good at all and the left mouse button became intermittent, which is the last thing you want with a gaming mouse.

I now have a steelseries Sensei which just feels so much better, the build quality is so much better than the razor stuff and the materials are much nicer.

I have many friends who have bought razor products, been pleased with them, only to have to replace them due to bad build quality.

Having used both, but currently using the Rival.

I would soo go for the Rival, quality feels way more defined, with SS you know their mice are booming with quality (in my experience :D)

For me I see Razer as short term usage, while Steelseries lasting that much longer.
