I started to lose the sound in the right ear on my steelsound 5H headset last week (dropped them loads and caught the wire with my leg many times as well) so i thought i would try for a new set and sent off an email.
Sent the email last Wednesday, got an RMA number and sent the headset on friday (to Denmark by the way) and got this email today "Your replacement was shipped express from Copenhagen May 21ST 2007, you will receive the 5H v2 USB headset instead."
Really happy with that turnaround and getting the updated version as well
