...disable the right side buttons?

I've searched all over the place for answers but all I can find are vague "drag profile" gibberish, or glue the buttons permanently in place (how bad is the software if people resort to glueing the buttons?).

Anyone know how?

Set it to do nothing. When it asks you what you want to set it as there should be an option to set as do nothing/disabled

Pic updated. Created custom action with Disable Key and dragged the action onto the button I want to disable. Pic shows button now shares name with the custom action. The buttons still act as Page Up/Down though. I really hate this "Engine" software

Getting angry and naming the profile as GARBAGE seems to have done the trick and now the right side buttons are dead. No idea how or why it suddenly decided to work, but Engine is without doubt the worst mouse software I've ever come across

My PC woke from S3 sleep this morn and the mouse has forgetton the profile settings. I've discovered that the only way to make it work is to "Launch SteelSeries Firmware Update Tool" from the Engine icon in the task tray. This procedure takes several minutes and I have to do it every time the mouse loses power?

Back to Logitech for me. SteelSeries Engine software is turd :mad:
