Steering wheel and pedals

Hi guys

My brother is searching for a good steering wheel and pedals set that isn't going to break the bank, absolute max at 125. It needs to work with windows seven as well. I have never needed any myself so i have no idea what is good. So if you could list a few suggestions for me look into.

what's this like?

I know there is the logitech set but are there any alternatives out there for cheaper and just as good?

£125? Logitech G25.

Job done.

Epic wheel, have one myself and would fully recommend.

yea i've noted the logitech one, it really does look good, i just want to go back to him with a choice. So any others for consideration? i only seem to be able to find the logitech or saitek ones or cheap rubbish ones (sub £30 )

Logitech G27 is soon to be released in the UK, so wait for that

. Only few subtle changed but worth it (based on reviews).

If you search hard there i just bought my g25 for £99 delivered (bank hol only)

oh ok, what about the thrustmaster ferrari 430? any good?

Also is the G25 all good on windows 7? the reason i ask is because windows 7 kicks up a hissy fit about my G11 keyboard software.

i would say the g25 for the money even though the g27 is now out....not in the uk just yet

Go with the G25 for £99. The G27 is bound to be around at least £180 when it comes out.

The G25 is by far the best wheel for both the PC and PS3 out there.

um just checked its 349.99 EUROS coverted at today rate £307.839 GBP

Yup excelent wheel as I have one myself just a shame it does not work with the Xbox 360 ... seems I need one for that now with Forza 3 just around the corner!
