Car is a 2003 Honda Accord, so quite an old wreck :D

I noticed a few weeks ago that I get a serious case of the judders at around 60mph but only when accelerating, get to 60mph and take my foot off the accelerator and the judder stops or certainly goes down a level where I can't feel it. Passengers in the car can also feel the judder so not just being transmitted through the steering wheel which only the driver can feel.

Had 2 new rear tyres fitted just on Friday and had the fronts rebalanced and the wheels laser aligned as I thought that would resolve the judder.

So what else could be causing the issue, I could take it back to the tyre place and get them to recheck as they stated a months warranty.

I forgot to mention that the fronts and rears were also swapped so the rear wheels are now on the front with the new tyres. Been doing some reading and apparently a buckled alloy can cause these types of issues but I'd have hoped that the tyre place would have noticed a buckled alloy when they re-balanced all the wheels.

Get the car on a ramp and inspect all the bushes, drive shafts, engine mounts.

Probably age related worn bushes would be my first thought.

Swap front to rears back again to see if the problem is still there, it will let you know straight away if a wheel is the problem.
