it will fit, the case will have mounting holes for the standoffs for most types of board, just move the standoffs about to line up with the holes of the motherboard.

Ok, if you want to pay £50 for something that offers you no benefit today but may do later on then be my guest . . . I would have thought it would be better to save the £50 for the new cards that come out next year (i.e "later on") that utterly smoke the GTX 460!
Yeah, I agree with this, i'd personally go for an h55/57 chipset setup (e.g. similar to this), so you can still use the pc whilst waiting another month or so for the 6000series. Mind, gamings out the windows until you get a graphics card tho
But if you've ordered already, that setup your about to have looks very nice
