Stick or Bust....Xfire Question

hi all . I've recently built a new system and after lots of advice I opted for a his 7950 ice boost gfx card. Well after watching some of the bf4 footage I decided I wanted to get the best from my new system for this game so after coming in to a bit more cash I was going to go xfire on my gfx. Unfortunately after reading some threads on here it seem that my gfx card does not like fire at all suffering from spiking. Now I must say that I'm not a techy so I basically want to plug and play and no messing with bios settings. So do I sell my his and add the money I've got to the money for the his and go for a single card set and if so what would be a good step up . My budget would be about £400. Any ideas guys.. many thanks

Any issues with crossfire are massively blown out of proportion, the last of the niggles should be ironed out in the soon to be released drivers.

I say grab another 7950.
