stick with 560ti or upgrade to MSI 670 Power

Hi,

I'm an nvidia and MSI fan and in a position to upgrade to the MSI 670 Power, this would be used to run at 1920x1080 running a 2600k @ 4.5ghz with 8GB ram. Games wise I'm playing the usual new releases Arma2/DayZ, Borderlands2, Dark Souls etc.

Should I listen to the devil on my left shoulder and or the angel on my right should and keep my cash ?
