Hi.

I've been using the MX518 quite happily for about a year until my left mouse button started sticking. Anyway I got in touch with Amazon and they have sent me out a new MX518 (1800dpi model) which is sitting here next to me. Now I don't know whether to sell the MX518 and get a Deathadder.

I know the MX518 is a great mouse, but I'm very tempted with the Deathadder. I'm a moderate gamer, mainly BF2 etc.

Has anyone here gone from a MX518 to a Deathadder? What are your thoughts?

I don't know whether to just open up the MX518 and stick with it.

What should I do?

Though I do not have any experience with the Logitech in question, the deathadder is a phenomenal mouse to use, one of the best designed by Razer :) Would definetly recommend you at least try it :)

I've never tried a Deathadder, but the other Razer mice I've tried have never felt as comfortable as their Logitech counterparts. I've got pretty big hands and the MX510/518 are the best mice I've ever used.

had logitech mice before and they were good, but the diamondback (razer) iv had for a while now blows them away, i may get a new razer if finances permit soon
