Sticker on Intel Chip...

Hey guys,

I bought a Xeon 5650 and well it has a sticker on the bottom, not on the contacts but in the middle.

Will I need to remove this or will the CPU function okay?

Its second hand, they put a sticker in the middle of the bottom of the CPU...

Plenty of CPU's used to come with stickers in the void in the middle of the pins, it's been a while since I've played with desktops since moving over to a laptop but I can't see it doing any damage.

I'd be pretty worried/annoyed if there was a sticker anywhere on a CPU, let alone on the bottom!
