So I've just unboxed my GPU, about to put it into the system and I noticed there were some stickers with bar codes on them on the underside of the card where it's all circuitry-looking, and one sticker in peticular looks as if it should be peeled off as it's on there very loosely.

So, just wondering, should I leave it/them on, or remove them?

Thanks for any help.

Id just leave them in place tbh. Though ive had cards in the past were theyve simply peeled off over time.

Mine have peeled off, I presume the heat dries up the adhesive and they weren't very well stuck in the first place.
If you do and up taking them off, keep old of them just in case.
Or note down what they say, It may have a code on it required for RMA purposes.

Okay, cheers guys.

Got any tips on installing this thing? I just had it in place, but I was a bit scared to push it in cause it didn't seem to want to go in with any ease. Are they supposed to require a lot of pressure to get in place?

There should be a plastic bit that is on the end of the PCI-E slot, move it gently - this should allow the graphics card to slot in nicely.

They require a little bit of pressure, some motherboards have clips/tabs on the end of the pcie slot that will need to be moved to allow the card to slot in.

Okay guys, got it slotted in, but I'm having trouble getting both screws in at the back. Got one in, the other doesn't line up too well, yet the card in nicely seated. It feels like I've have to yank on the card to make the holes line up, which I don't feel safe doing.

If I can't get it in, will 1 screw be enough?

Thanks again!
