Sticky for recommended jailbreak apps

I don't know if jailbreaking is officially condoned here, but it does seem to be VERY popular (no idea why... JK).

So how about another "Important Stuff" sticky listing popular and useful (and obviously the important ones ) apps for use with a jailbroken iPhone/iPod?
