Walking boots have mid-sole becoming unstuck from leather boot body/last
What glue do you recommend for repair. ?
- Evo-stick contact adhesive : previously used this and repair did not last long (despite cleaning surfaces, weighing-down during drying, ....)
options so far -
- shoe goo glue which I suspect will be same as Evo-stick
- Gorilla glue had expected this would be the solution (advertising hype) but seems to be a polyurethane glue that sets hard, so inflexible

flexible super glue (new one for me) maybe the way to go - several options :
Loctite Superglue PowerFlex Gel
Bondloc B480 Black Rubber Toughened Cyanoacrylate 20g
only problem with superglue is, it is in small tubes, so you cannot apply it too liberally

professionals seem to weld with a molten glue PUR hot melt (but no equivalent for home user?)
