Ok,

Are CRT still better for image quality, never really been bothered about TFT's, always thought it was a 'space saver' and i wasnt bothered about the space (table is massive :) )

I want a nice 21" monitor, looking to spend around £200 (give or take £30) but if my games/films will look better on a CRT then i'll just stick with that.

All this 8m/s & 12m/s and contrast ratio's 'n' veiwing angles are all just a little much 4 me.

So if someone could refrain from taking the 'mick' and help me out a little, i would really appriciate it :D

oh.. btw, i got a x800 XT PE so i like my games to look nice, still holding strong, had the card quite a while now, upgrade it at somepoint.

you wont get a 20" or above screen for £200 - 230 i'm afraid if you want a TFT. If you want to go with a TFT screen though, you could look at some models like the Samsung 913N or Hyundai L90D+ for instance. Good gmaing screens, well established models and good panels used in them. I wouldn't get too bogged down with specs really if you can help it, because the budget just won't allow massive choice anyway. If you want to know a bit more about specs for TFt's though, i would recommend having a quick read here: http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/specs.htm
