With 10.3a and 10.3 WHQL versions. About the best has been the 10.3beta which allows a couple hours of gaming before crashing.

Is it time to RMA the card ? :(

Are you using a 20 multiplier for your cpu overclock? Try 21 multi instead if so as Gigabyte boards get flaky with 20 which may trip your video card up. Have you set your ram speeds, timings, and voltages manually as per manufacturers requirements?

Yup multiplier is 20, and RAM is set manually. (at work so can't remember the settings) as are all the voltages. The card is factory Oc to 875 and 1300.
The MoBo is F7 on the bios. I haven't updated as the OC was perfectly stable on F7.

Try running a multi of 21 and see how you get on..... Giga's don't seem to like the 20 multi and even if the overclock seems stable it can produce minor errors every now and then. This in turn could error the video card and GSOD happens.

It took me a while to figure out why I'd have little problems here and there on a PC that was 10 hours prime stable, and changing the multi sorted it. My i7 got to 4.0ghz easy with it too!!
