Hi guys.

I am still getting an occasional boot failure, usually from a cold switch on but it also happens if windows auto restarts (for example during an update).

The bios will tell me there has been a hardware failure, I'll enter bios, reload the saved profile and away it goes.

It probably happens every 20th boot up, give or take.

Any ideas where to start please? System is stable during benchmarks, just seems to be from cold that it has occasional trouble.

My settings are as follows:
44x multiplier, llc high, 1.25v
Ram timings as rated, 3000 MHz, 1.34v dram voltage, 1.19 vccsa, 1.17 vccio.

Hi

This happens to me too. Although I use MSI Z170A Xpower board and i7-6700K. My OC is more stable than rock during all kinds of benchmarks and stress tests, but one of XX cold boots it gets me OC failure message. Reloading the OC profile (got it saved for such occassion) and all is fine, again, for a while..
